What Are Types of Glass Material?
Soda-Lime Glass: Most common type of glass used for packaging, suitable for skincare packaging, foundation, perfume bottles and scent diffusers.
Borosilicate Glass: High resistance to thermal shock, suitable for luxurious face oils, cream, and premium fragrance bottles that require stability under varying temperatures.
Colored Glass (Amber, Cobalt Blue, Green, etc.): Using dyes or mineral oxides, often used to protect sensitive ingredients from UV damage. Such as essential oils, vitamin C serums, retinol products, sensitive formulations, and perfume bottles which prevent fragrance degradation by light.
