At the same time, we support custom bottle design and private mold development to meet specific brand, functional, and market requirements. Our plastic bottles are made from materials such as PP, PET, PETG, PCR plastics, and R-PET, with options for mono-material structures, refillable designs, and lightweight packaging to support sustainability goals. All bottles are designed to be compatible with common closures including pumps, sprayers, flip caps, and disc tops.

We operate automated injection and blow molding production lines, combined with in-house decoration and assembly processes. This ensures stable quality, consistent dimensions, and reliable supply for both small trial orders and large-scale production.

PP, ABS, PS, PMMA, and PC are suitable for injection molding, such as jar lids, proof leakage caps, pumps, and parts with complex structures. The advantages of injection molding are high precision, the ability to achieve complex structural designs, and high strength, which can be customized according to different product packaging requirements.

PET, PETG, HDPE, PP and multilayer composite materials (cosmetic tubes) are suitable for blow molding, suitable for bottles, jars, etc., with the advantages of being lightweight and suitable for mass production.

We can provide separate cosmetic bottles and cosmetic jars for your bottling plant operations, or we can provide complete sets of products, such as bottles or jars with pre-assembled pumps and lids, all up to your needs.
