Our sustainable cosmetic packaging is designed to reduce material usage while maintaining product safety, performance, and consistent quality. In daily production, we actively use PCR materials, recyclable PP plastics, and R-PET containers. We also develop refillable bottles and jars to reduce single-use packaging. At the same time, we strictly control raw material sourcing, supplier qualification, and material certification to ensure stable quality and compliance.
In terms of structure, we focus on lightweight and efficient designs that can be produced at scale. By optimizing wall thickness and component structures, we help reduce plastic consumption and material waste. Our common solutions include airless pumps combined with refillable bottles, mono-material PP bottles for easier recycling, glass bottles combined with PP components, and PP droppers. All structures are developed with a clear focus on manufacturing feasibility, durability, and sustainability in real use.
